“Our first time here and it was great! Haven’t lived in the area long. I called and asked for an updated menu because the one on google was 6 yrs old and a very nice lady texted me photos of the menu & we ordered hamburger steak plates with baked beans and wedges. Chicken fries and a bird dog. Only complaint I have is wedges were not cooked long enough they were kinda soggy but everything else was so SO good.I love love loveee the baked beans. My twins loved the chicken fries. Definitely will be returning.”

“Working nearby, we stopped here for lunch based on other reviews. Don’t be fooled by the outside when you pull in, this place has some great food and what’s even more incredible are the prices. Clearly a mom and pop style restaurant with some great meals that give you that old home-cooked meal from your childhood kind of nostalgia. The staff were very friendly, and I’m pretty sure the entire town came here for lunch, but you wouldn’t know it with how quickly and efficiently they were able to serve their customers. It’s no wonder people flock to this establishment. I had the double cheeseburger, it was substantial and juicy, just how I like it. The fries were crispy and the lemonade was refreshing. Definitely check this place out if you’re in the area, I don’t think you’ll regret it.”

“They sell Diesel as well as 3 grades of gasoline. They sell all sorts of snacks and food inisde. They have a good hot meal menu for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Great prices on the food too. The only thing I don't like about this particular service station ( and the other one in Jonesville) is that the diesel pumps do not offer the option to pay at the pump. It's not normally a problem to go in and pay. But when it is freezing cold or pouring rain outside, it would be nice to not have to make that trip.”

“listen I've lived all across the United states being from Brooklyn I know pizza and I've never had pizza this close to nyc pizza. the crust was perfection, the Sicilian was on point. I was amazed at how good it was. I'm obligated to return not by duty but by desire ?? if you want to have a nyc pizza experience in south Carolina you need to come and check it out. I would travel 3 hours for a slice.”

Asked a worker at a store, and she was kind enough to show us driving to the place, and walked right up to the counter.Back to the Food! It was fantastic. They took pride in preparation and taste, and presented to us. Though there is no INSIDE eating area, it was a great carryout. Taste and Value wise. “I was driving through and stopped for a bite. I had the meat loaf and it was delicious. I'm a Yankee so I wasn't use to it when they offered sweet tea and came by with a trey of deserts. Very homey place. Food came in two minutes during lunch”

“Several trips to this local icon with consistent experiences. Staff is so nice, chicken salad has been great, and the broccoli salad is the best I've had at a restaurant. The dessert selection has been diverse and everything has been fresh. Bought local brown and white eggs there by the dozen as well. This is a great little stop for anyone passing through Union the second half of the week”
