A waiter comes over and says the manager asked me to come over and tell you to move to a smaller table. Excuse me??? When I came in we were told to sit wherever. I tell you what, we moved right out the door. What a coward manager to have a server do your dirty work. I bet my money spent well elsewhere. I won’t ever go back. Customer service is everything and theirs is 0!!!“

They gave me a chocolate chip pizza, wrote Happy Birthday in icing and even came to our table to sing. It was so sweet! Parking: Papa John's is inside the IGA in Pacolet sc and they have plenty of parking and a few handicapped places too.

Wheelchair accessibility: The front of the store is level with the parking lot so wheelchairs can access the front doors. But they don't have any wheelchairs or electronic carts.“
