She was fast, very efficient very polite and very enthusiastic to help us with the order. We were in and out with the order to go less than five minutes and the food is hot. !!!!!! Amber is awesome“

“I am absolutely at a loss for words. I ordered 20 wings and was brought out a pile of burned chicken that can't even be consumed. When I showed the waitress she took them to the manager and the manager said they couldn't do anything because they were not burned. I've been eating here for 30 years and have never been shunned like this“

“We came by today after spending all day trying to cope with all the Hurricane Helene aftermath. We were the last customers to be able to get anything, as they were nearly sold out when we arrived. Jaida, the manager, squeezed us into the line before closing up the entrance, and went out of her way to count vehicles and make sure there was enough food for everyone in the line before closing up. They even went so far as to dig up some extra ingredients and make fresh dough even though it was the end of the day so that everyone in the line got to take something home. Even when they had to turn people away because they were sold out, we were so impressed with their polite and upbeat attitudes as they kindly but firmly let each car know what was going on.

Jaida, we were so tired and my kids especially have had a tough go of it these last few days-you have no idea how happy everyone in the car was about that pizza! Thank you!!!!“

“After a long day of driving and making deliveries, I decided to stop by Zaxby’s to grab something to eat. The first thing I noticed was how unbelievably clean the restaurant was especially the restroom. That alone says a lot about how a business is run.
When I went to place my order, I was greeted by four different employees, which immediately made me feel welcomed. The assistant manager, Brian, took my order and was extremely polite and professional. You can tell the staff is very well trained. There was no horseplay, no distractions everyone was focused and working together smoothly behind the scenes.
I ordered the loaded fries, and honestly, they were arguably the best loaded fries I’ve ever had. Everything was fresh, flavorful, and made with care. To the kitchen staff: your hard work and attention to detail truly made my experience worth dining in. Great customer service is one thing, but combining that with amazing food makes a place stand out.
