“My daughter wanted soul food. I googled options and "It Don't Matter" popped up. I purchased Southern Fried wings, rice and gravy, and Mac& cheese. Because they didn't have greens, I ordered something down the road with greens and told her to leave her leftovers for my husband. She hijacked "It Don't Matters" food and hid her leftovers to eat tomorrow! She left "the other food" for my husband. Lol Just GO!“

“I came in and ordered 3 plates.. I was greeted by a nice gentleman could have been the owner idk that was my first time there. I ordered 2 bacon cheeseburger plates and a Phillycheese steak plate. I wasn’t feeling well at all. The customer service was exceptional. My order was to go. I got home my burger was tasty and had flavor. I will be going back soon for another one. Thank you guys for the hospitality and making my day. Really didn’t feel like cooking dinner.Parking: Plenty of parking and drive thruWheelchair accessibility: A lot of room in the dining area“

“Can't recommend this place enough! I made a reservation for 22 people, we showed up and they immediately had the tables ready for us after we reminded them the number of people. We sat down and the waitress was so quick and took great care of us. After ordering the food, I got a call from Raines asking if we were still coming for our reservation. I said yes, we're actually here right now and they were very confused. Turns out I made a reservation at the wrong location. I felt terrible, but I can't thank the Williamston location enough for accommodating such a big group on such short notice. Truly great people! And the food was incredible too.“
“I want to give a job well done on customer service tonight for Austin and his crew. I was not a happy customer when the crew member told me no customized orders after 8:35 when I was in drive thru at 8:30. When I asked to speak with the manager the crew member said "I think he's in the restroom" and ask me to pull up so he could help the next customer. When I came inside, Austin politely granted my request. Thank you for great customer service skills Austin!“
