Placed an online pickup order. The heavy set female employee was rude at the 1st pickup of my order. I got all the way back home & had to drive back after finding all the mistakes made on my order. Was once again met by rudeness but by a short young male employee and the heavy set female employee . For me to pay almost $50, make 2 trips to pick up the order & still not be treated respectfully as a paying customer is totally unacceptable!! Awful food and service
Went into KFC and no one came to take my order staff would look and see me standing there but didn't come to take my order after 5 minutes I left. The same thing happened 2 weeks ago I waited for service but no one came. they see you but act like your not there.this is a problem and need to be looked into.
