This was the worst experience I have ever had. We went through the drive through and were asked to park granted there was no one else there and yet after 30 minutes of waiting outside, I went inside and they were doing absolutely nothing and had completely forgotten they had us waiting outside. Then to top it off the young guy in the Drive-Thru starts talking smack to me because I asked him about the soda he forgot to give us and started yelling at me in the middle of the store....read full review
Went through drive through picked up a pot pie. Went home opened the box and couldn't believe just how horrible that pot pie was. Dry, hard as a rock. Too hard to eat. Gave it to my cats and they couldn't eat it. I just can't believe how bad it was.
This was the absolute worst dining experience. Waited 10 minutes for our food. Employees were very inattentive, food was stale. Music was way too loud. There was no taco sauce at the condiment station. Bottom half of soda machine was overflowing with liquid. Only one stall in the bathroom was unlocked there was no paper towels and no soap. Wondering how the employees wash their hands.

KFC is a fast-food restaurant that offers a mixed dining experience. While some customers have had exceptional service with friendly and attentive staff, others have encountered delays and less-than-ideal service. The food, however, is consistently praised as great, with the new Dragon Fruit Freeze being a particular highlight. Overall, KFC provides a satisfactory fast-food experience, though the quality of service can vary from visit to visit.
