“After a long day of driving and making deliveries, I decided to stop by Zaxby’s to grab something to eat. The first thing I noticed was how unbelievably clean the restaurant was especially the restroom. That alone says a lot about how a business is run.
When I went to place my order, I was greeted by four different employees, which immediately made me feel welcomed. The assistant manager, Brian, took my order and was extremely polite and professional. You can tell the staff is very well trained. There was no horseplay, no distractions everyone was focused and working together smoothly behind the scenes.
I ordered the loaded fries, and honestly, they were arguably the best loaded fries I’ve ever had. Everything was fresh, flavorful, and made with care. To the kitchen staff: your hard work and attention to detail truly made my experience worth dining in. Great customer service is one thing, but combining that with amazing food makes a place stand out.

“I was going to write this on the day of my visit but misplaced the receipt until today. I was at your location (Best Location by the way) and was assisted by Anna and Cynthia, both of whom portrayed great customer service as they assisted me and some friends who had not had Cava previously. I am sure our menu items were a little more difficult as we asked questions, but Cynthia and Anna both really soared and did a wonderful job. I am a previous GM of a chain and wanted to make sure I acknowledged your great customer service! The food is amazing too!! The Pita Chips? Amazing!! I used his same review on Yelp to get the word out about the amazing customer service. I now longer go to any other location.“

“The customer service was GREAT! The cheese bite things were such a curveball. It was without a doubt the best cheese bites I’ve EVER had. The Mac inside was perfectly cooked and proportioned. The cheese was not overly sharp or too subtle, but just right.“

Our server, Jennifer, made the difference--engaging, personable, knowledgeable and went out of her way to ensure our requests were met--and when several items were not available, she ensured we were satisfied, especially with dessert items that were just out of this world and the general manager came to apologize and was very gracious!! We were also visited by the owner, Rick Erwin, who greeted us along with other tables--a rarity. The evening was totally unique in so many ways--thank you and we will be back from North Carolina.“

“I drive by here every day. Figured I’d give it a shot at breakfast one morning. First off the food is outstanding. The prices are incredibly reasonable. The staff is more than friendly and welcoming. I’ve been going several times a week now. I sit down and a half filled to go cup of coffee appears at my table, exactly how I want it. “We ordered take out and I was not expecting such a giant Calzone for the price. It was amazing! We ordered 3 Calzones all with different toppings and they were great! Eventhough they didn't have the steak we wanted, we still truly enjoyed our meals. 3 Calzones fed 5 people :) Thank you for the quality food!“

“When you visit a place so often you just know italian sausage will brighten your day. Eggplant with broccoli from the lighter plates menu is just right for the no leftovers people at the table. We also ordered some take home salads and fettuccine alfredo for lunch tomorrow.“

“Everything I've ever eaten here has been delightful. We are GF (gluten free) and vegan. Sidewall has the best GF pizza Everrrr. Hands down. Also, every employee that I've encountered there is kind, patient, helpful and really wants to make sure you have a great experience. Even when they're super busy, Sidewall staff are always on top of things. I had a an over-the-top experience today at the Travelers Rest location in the afternoon, and I am oh-so-forever grateful for them today.“

“I rec the pick 2 because you can literally pick 2 different things.. salad soup salad wich spud nachos nachos wich spud wich I mean do I need to keep going for the many diff combos. The Rueben was great and so was the Veggie Spud. something about that Ro-tel cheese that takes it home. I can't wait to try the chicken tortilla soup and the nachos next time. They got fresh baked cookies too.“

“I give 4 stars for the atmosphere because of the physical location. It's next to a major highway and gets very busy during lunch. Often times find cars cannot get in and out of this location very easily if the line is backed up. The parking lot is small and access to it gets closed during these busy times so many people have to park away from the restaurant and cross the road which has no designated pedestrian crossing. The inside of the store is nice and clean, plus it's one of the few restaurants in Easley with a playground which is nice. I've even seen staff clean it during the day which is what all parents hope for. This location specifically has friendlier, well trained staff than other locations I've been to and my orders are the most accurate at the Easley Chick-fil-A than any other fast food restaurant I've ever been to.“

“This was my first time eating here. While I was waiting on my lunch date to arrive, my left side began to ache again. (I’m fighting a bad case of a UTI) Marie, the counter lady, welcomed me and noticed my condition so I told her what was going on. She whipped me up a cranberry/pineapple w/lemon water thing that has actually made me feel better! Plus Marie was actually happy to help and very sympathetic. The food was good too! I wanted to break a $10 bill to leave a good tip but due to plexiglass & mask + noise the cashier didn’t hear me & just gave me change for the order. I wanted to use debit but just went with the situation.“

“I had an excellent customer service experience at Chick-fil-A today. Yesterday, I paid with a $100 bill at the drive-through, picked up my food, and accidentally drove away before getting my change. I didn’t realize what had happened until later that night.

Thankfully, I still had my receipt, so I went back today and spoke with the manager, Owen. He was extremely helpful, patient, and professional. He took the time to contact the manager who had been working the previous day, verified what happened, and made sure I received my change.

I really appreciate the honesty, integrity, and excellent customer service. It’s reassuring to know there are still businesses and employees who genuinely care about doing the right thing. Thank you, Owen and the Chick-fil-A team!“

“I wanted to take a moment to recognize Linda because she truly deserves to be noticed and appreciated.

Linda is always working around the dining area, making sure the tables are wiped down, everything is clean, and the restaurant is stocked and taken care of. I come to Chick-fil-A often with my toddler and baby, and Linda has been such a blessing to me every time I’m there.

She notices me. She notices when I’m trying to juggle two little ones by myself, and she always goes above and beyond to make things a little easier. One time, she overheard me saying that I needed more tea and immediately came over and helped me. Today, when she saw us, she asked if she could bring me the little table covers for the kids. These may seem like small gestures, but they mean SO much to a mom trying to manage two young children on her own.

I actually took a moment today to tell Linda how much she means to me because I truly don’t think she realizes how much of a difference she makes. She is always paying attention, always willing to help, and always doing more than she has to.

I hope management knows what a special employee Linda is. People like her are what make customers feel welcomed, cared for, and seen. Her kindness has absolutely not gone unnoticed. She has been a blessing to me and my children, and I am so grateful for her.

“This store is unbelievable !! My wife loves a meat lovers pizza but we exchange the sausage for ground beef - everytime. So, tonight when I walked in they said, please excuse us. We are remaking your meat lovers pizza . We forgot to change out the sausage. Only waited an extra 5 minutes!! Thank you for the superior customer service!“

“Just ordered uber eats with wing spot and I gotta give it up for yall! This food was bomb! It was delivered fast, it was hot and fresh and the portions were huge! Definitely have leftovers which is a plus. The large house special fried rice was delicious! I'd recommend adding chicken to it instead of Chiccarones just because I have sensitive teeth and they were a bit hard for me personally but other than that it was delicious. I also ordered sweet and sour chicken and a side of cream cheese wontons. Everything was hittin! I recommend the place for a quick pick up. It was a hard decision not to get some wings but I was craving Chinese food so that's what I got this go round. It was my first time trying it and it won't be my last.
