Went to this location tonight 6/24 around 7 pm. Ordered 2 Wings & Things.. over $13 a plate. I was expecting so much more. Wings were dry and no meat on 2. Same with tenders. Over crisped, tough to eat.
Pay way to much for less quality. Don’t even get slaw or a celery stick with it anymore.
No desire to go back.
Burnt chicken and expect me to come back this time of night and have to be in person to get a refund. 40 min drive and gas, when you can see the issue. But that’s the best they can do. Can’t send a giftcard or anything. Come on now. No account taken into the inconvenience when they admit it was an issue with their fryer. 🙄
Rudest place ever! I placed an online order through Doordash and decided to use pickup to save time. When I arrived it was 15 mins to closing and I was the only customer in either the drive Or inside with 9 or 10 people working.
