We ate here for the first time today and I have to say it was amazing. I thought it would be hard like shaved ice, but it was soft and airy like soft serve almost. There were so many flavors and each one was divine.

It definitely is an experience. The texture of shaved snow is very hard to explain. I recommend you try it at least once!The shaved snow is really a perfect description of the texture. It's not like shaved ice because there's no detectable ice crystals or chunks. It's not like ice cream because it isn't really a creamy texture and not at all dense.
