Fast Food Restaurants near Port Royal

“This McDonald’s only saving grace is Lin! I went for a late night food run and I think I honestly waited about 15 minutes just to order and another 15 to actually get my food. The guy who took my order was sooo rude! I would say one thing and before I can even finish my sentence he would cut me off. Because of this I forgot to say one part of my order.

When I got to the window… the sweetest nicest girl, Lin, as soon as we drove up I mentioned that I needed to add something if that was okay with her if not then I’ll go around. She said it was fine and added it. The guy in the back taking orders looked me directly in the eyes and said “UGH DO NO TAKE ORDERS AT THE WINDOW, just finish hers and that’s it”
And I get it, I work in food service but if he had been patient when I was ordering I wouldn’t have had to order at the window. But anyways, Lin spoke to us with kindness and patience and was apologetic for the wait. She is the only reason for this higher rating. Because the guy in the back was just throwing our food in the bag and he forgot part of our order but since this location closes at 11pm I wouldn’t go back for the rest of my order

“I love Hardee's. Love their food, but the employees are where it goes bad. Don't get me wrong, not all of them are rude. Some days you get great kind service and some days you get rude dont say a word to you service. No lie, not a word. Hand you your bag and shut the window.“

“This is the best Pizza Hut! They still make pizza the way I remember Pizza Hut pizza when I was a kid. We ordered the big dinner box & the whole family was super satisfied & happy. The cinnamon rolls had plenty of icing, the garlic bread sticks had plenty of goodies on top, & the pizza had that buttery crispy Pizza Hut crust that we all love. I ordered everything on the APP & everything was hot & ready when I arrived at the store. The folks working there were nice too. 2 thumbs up for this place!!!“

“Im actually shocked this place has a 4.1 because it’s actually really good! The tenders are fresh and the fries are popping and the shakes or BANGIN!!!!!!! This place should at least be a 4.5. Everybody is very nice there and work hard. Especially for having a low staff. I’m just saying this is the way to go! “(Disclaimer!”) I’ve never eaten inside, it’s always drive through!“

“Great service and fresh food per usual with Chick Fil A. Service was a bit slow but the amount of people that were in the drive thru just kept showing up, I think they handled it as best as they could and worked through the lines efficiently “WITH PLEASURE.”

I work in hospitality and the “with pleasure” gets me EVERY TIME.“

“Last time we came here, the service at the ordering counter was quite awful, but today our visit was phenomenal at the drive thru. Yuliana C. took our order and she was so kind and pleasant. She actually made us a drink that wasn’t in stock anymore which made our whole day. You could tell she really was happy to be at work. Her wonderful personality shined through. “I've been there 3 times and they have GREAT customer service, great food, workers are awesome, food is done fresh to order and in a timely manner. In my opinion this place is a 10 star place but since we can only Max at a 5 star then it's all than and a sub 🤗. “Food was great, especially loved the breakfast. But for some reason there’s a lot of big men and women in big funny hats and green suits screaming at you to eat faster and sit up straight. It was kinda scary at first but you get used to it.“

“The food was good. I never make it a challenge for the one making the sandwich because my sandwich is always turkey, mustard, mayo, and cheese.

It's my problem but I had trouble making a decision on everything but I couldn't understand all the questions they were asking. That's my fault because I had been driving for 4 hours prior to getting there.

We were going to eat inside but the table were dirty and we didn't feel like asking them to clean them. That was our choice. I feel like they would've cleaned then for us but we were too tired and my wife was not feeling well anyway.

“I ordered and online order today. 6 subs in total. My pickup time was supposed to be 12:51. We waited for almost an hour for our subs. HOWEVER, the 3 employees were absolutely amazing! Never once taking a break the entire time. Very professional and sweet. The sandwiches were as ordered and tasted fantastic. Even under the pressure of a "Karen", it didn't faze them.. Will absolutely be back! You guys ROCKED it out today.“
