A few days ago, I was driving across SC and looking for a place to eat a late lunch. I had previously stopped at a Bojangles and a Burger King, then stood in line at the counter while the employees gathered around each other (in plain view of the backed up line near the register) laughing and telling jokes. 4stars only because some of those employees could use a training on "customer service" while at the first window of the drive thru. One in particular, very rude! Talks on the phone or listening to music, no greeting, no smile, just takes the money and seems as if she doesn't want to be there at all. I won't take away from the others that are actually friendly such as "Lakeedra" her smile brightens my morning!
