Sharlene greeted us with a smile, was incredibly professional and so so kind. I haven’t been the biggest fan of this chain and she just changed my mind! Everybody in the facility works together and was so sincere. They’ve got it going on!
We thought we ordered some items and the kiosk didn't register that we order them. When asking about the missing items we figured this out. I believe the shift manager then decided to just make the items for us. Amazing service!

The workers here need to take all the time they spend braiding hair and read books. I refuse to use the kiosk! I ordered at the counter and the people in front got my order, so I was left standing. It took a while for staff to figure it out. When I my sandwich it was ok, but wow.
