Friendlier staff is definitely needed, along with cleaning the restroom and restaurant. Make customer feel like you want their business, instead of having us feeling like an inconvenience to you.
Food was fresh and hot, even at 9pm. The staff was very polite. Great Service.
Staff was rude and not friendly. Every table was dirty, trash on the floor and cans overflowing, the bathrooms not stocked. We chose to eat our takeout meal inside because we were told it would be 10 minutes for the milkshake to be ready. 25 minutes later I went back up to ask about the milkshake- still not ready. :( The staff seemed to be enjoying themselves so that’s a plus ;)

The food can be inconsistent, with reports of egg rolls ice cold in the center, toast a little burnt or tasting a little old, and being out of dipping sauces like avocado ranch and chipotle ranch. The ordering process can be slow, and the app has no option to add a medium or large soda (only kids size). Despite these issues, the atmosphere is good, and many would visit again, especially for catering orders.
