Pulled up to order and they tell us it will be at least a 15 minute wait before they can take our order because they are behind keep in mind 4 cars in the drive through and no customers inside! This isn’t the first time we’ve actually been told before it will be up to 30 minutes before they can take our order just because they don’t want to work!
Friendlier staff is definitely needed, along with cleaning the restroom and restaurant. Make customer feel like you want their business, instead of having us feeling like an inconvenience to you.
