The sub itself was fine, but the customer service could have been better. I went back in to ask for a vinegar and oil packet. Cici initially ignored me, and when I asked again, she rudely responded, “No, we don’t have any.”
Thankfully, Mina stepped in and was very helpful. She took the time to put some vinegar and oil in a cup for me, which I really appreciated. Thank you, Mina, for providing good customer service and finding a simple solution! ⭐

While driving through South Carolina we needed to make a pitstop for some food and decided to head over to this subway location. We were greeted by Thomas as soon as we walked through the door and we proceeded to have a great conversation with him. He was so attentive and kind through the duration of our visit. After a long drive cooped up in the car Thomas was an absolute delight!
They gave us lots of food why ask bacon and they gave us double the food was grate and the service was grate this is the best subway I've been in.
