“Good food but poor customer service. There are two signs at the front, one for order here, the other for call a head orders. I called a head, after waiting in the line for 10 minutes, and being passed by employees multiple times with no acknowledgement. I asked for help and was told that the call a head line was not open. Then had to go to the back of the order here line to pick up two sandwiches that were already made and paid for sitting 15 feet from where I asked for help. They were cold by the time I got them.“

“My girlfriend and I were eating there after visiting her hometown in VA, where bennys was started, to compare the pizza. My GF has GI medical problems and burped loudly. Noone else in the restaurant had an issue with it, except the lady working. she promptly embarrassed my GF and ruined her entire experience to our own small town. We definitely will not be returning because of her.“

“we had dinner at Italian Bistro tonight. I can't say enough about how polite, inviting, and attentive the staff is. The staff is a very nice complement to the wonderful food. The young staff was a breath of fresh air. the young staff showed attentiveness, teamwork and a very respectful attitude toward every customer and each other. Not only did we have a Wonderful dinner but it was a very nice experience.“

“Although theiir food is fairly good, as of the past few months, their service is waning. Tonight, I was one of the masses who had placed an order for food either online or through the call center who found themselves in an indefinite wait for our orders. Once at the store after a 30 minute wait I was told that it would be 15 to 30 minutes wait time as the manager had called out sick, another manager was filling in and a couple of junior employees were outright voicing their oppossition to management in front of customers. Meanwhile, customers who had placed orders an hour or more earlier and already paid for their food found that their orders hadn't even been started yet and had no way to cancel their order or get their money refunded. As for myself, it took an hour and 10 minutes to get my order for one pizza which was not only under cooked, but cold as well! This is an recipe for failure. This store needs to be shut down and its personnel retrained. The problems that plague this store should never be displayed in front of the customer base. Further, No one should have to order food, pay full price for it and then take it home and have to finish cooking it in order to eat it.“
