What was particularly surprising was that the establishment was not particularly busy at the time, and it would have likely taken only a few moments to rectify the situation.“
“I went through the drive thru, and it was a GREAT experience. The cashier spoke clearly on the mic, and I didn't feel rushed when I was ordering. My fries weren't ready so I pulled ahead, and the associate who brought out my food was very friendly and apologized for the wait. The food was awesome of course!!!“
