I just left this Bojangles. Everyone there is so sweet and friendly! The teamwork and encouragement is what really stood out to me. I heard a lot of “good job’s” and “thank you for helping me’s”. Also, the store was really clean.

Their new automated ordering system is useless. The employees can't even manually take your order. Food was sub par and location needs some help.
The young lady at the register on August 20th at 10:15am., creates the absolute best Bojangles experience! She communicates and meets all request very well. Thanks Bojangles Old York Road for the yummy 😋 Gravy Biscut Meal...😋
