2 days ago tried ordering thru app, all day the system was down. I work across the street and eat here for most of my meals. This day I couldn't order at all. Went in, but since coupons are codes for the app, they can't honor it in the store.Yes I ordered a Cajun filet biscuit. Ordered right after they opened for the day, had to wait in line for my mobile order because the doors were locked again. And then my biscuit was overcooked and hard. Love this Bojangles. They don’t overcook the biscuits like the FM location. I will only eat at this one from now on. (On my daily route) Big THANK YOU to the workers. It very appreciated to be able to eat a biscuit how it’s supposed to be cooked. You can taste the butter & salt.

Never had a person at counter give us such great service. We even gave her a nice tip. The food and drinks were even brought to our table. Fast and hot. Very clean restaurant. Great experience .
