Chick-fil-A offers great food and a friendly atmosphere, although some locations may experience delays due to limited staff. Customers enjoy the delicious chicken nuggets, especially kids, and appreciate the welcoming staff. However, there have been concerns about a drop in chicken quality at certain locations recently.
