“Went in to pick up my online order and was told it would be about a 15 minute wait. So, I went out to my car and when I came back in the staff was dealing with a difficult customer. I admired the way they handled this customer with kindness. All while dealing with this difficult customer, the provided amazing service to me! They were all working extremely hard to fulfill orders, while treating people that walked in the door with exceptional service! I will be back!!“
“The food was good and the store is fun for kids to watch them make the pizzas. The service is not great. We ordered a supreme pizza with half having garlic, too. They made half with just garlic and cheese. I had to prove with the order and receipt that it was made incorrectly. It took them 15-20 minutes to remake the order. I asked to take the half of pizza that was correct for the inconvenience. The gentleman said “we will find a use for it” and refused to give the messed up pizza to make up for their mistake. There is no way that half garlic and cheese pizza would be reused. He chose eating the pizza himself over what was right for the customer.

“Not all Dominos are the same. I drive an extra 20 minutes past 2 other dominos because here they are friendly and consistent. They have staff who have been there a long time and take pride in their work which I would be mad if they didn’t, but I appreciate that they do.
There are two twins that work there, it took me years to realize it wasn’t the same person working around the clock, which I happily believed. The whole group clearly gets along but moves fast, never find myself waiting.
I appreciate that they decorate the lobby for some holidays.
