Domino's Pizza in Matthews

“I want to give a huge shout out to this location. We order delivery every Friday and on Sunday carry out for Sunday family dinner. This Friday I got the incorrect pizza delivered. When I opened the pizza box I realized the pizza was half one topping and half cheese. The pizza was supposed to be all cheese. I called the store and explained the situation. The first employee I spoke with was very empathetic and apologized, then she put the manager on the phone, of whom apologized as well. He gave me the option of a remake or credit. I chose the remake because this was my dinner for the evening. The manager said they would get started on it right away and within the hour there was a delivery driver at my door with a fresh hot pizza. I kindly gave her back the un touched pizza, so they had proof of the error. It’s little things like this that keep people coming to a restaurant. Besides this issue, the pizza is always very well made fresh and hot when picked up or delivered. I would recommend this location to anyone In the area.“

“On my day off, I decided to go stop by a Domino’s since I haven’t had it in such a long time. I was greeted by Andrew who took my order, made it super quick, and the pizza itself was awesome. Will come by again, 10/10 experience!“
