“Tonight was clearly a busy struggle night for this location, but they kept it pushing and did the best they could. People just gotta learn to be patient and understand they ARE NOT the only customer EVER to order a pizza. I waited for my order and the food was perfect and delicious. “I have been ordering from here for the last two years, and I have had great service and food. Tonight was a little different, I ordered food and it was falsely delivered and I was disappointed but I still needed my food so my boyfriend and I went to the store. We spoke with ALEX and he was amazing! He offered to remake our food and refunded us for the inconvenience. Even though this was our first hiccup, we will continue to eat here because of that customer service. Thank you ALEX and to the other workers who remade our food.“

“The two Domino's locations nearest my house make horrible pizza. I took a chance on this location and thankfully I did because my pizza was splendid for a national chain pizza.
The hand-tossed crust has a wonderful chew and bounce. The garlic seasoning enhanced it. There is no need to dip it in a sauce. Save the calories. The reheat in the air fryer oven was superb.
The garlic parmesan sauce replacing the tomato sauce was great on the veggie pizza. I felt I could take the veggies more as the tomato sauce tends to be a tad sweet.
My only complaint is the way the delivery drivers park blocking the customer parking entrance. They also tend not to watch for customers crossing behind them.“
“Literally every time I’ve ordered from this location it’s been hot, fresh, and delicious. Sometimes they get busy and you have to wait a minute, but the food is always a 10/10. You’d be a dumbass not to trust them with your dinner plans. Keep up the good work y’all.“

“I couldn’t complete order online because my email changed but manager made up for it and offered a great deal. He was very courteous and polite. Thankful for the overall great service and enjoyed my pizza. Definitely would order here again. The whole crew was steady working hard to complete orders on a busy Friday night!“

“This place is awesome, I always order from here, the only thing they dont give you 2 dip sauces when you order 16 wings anymore, now it's only 1 :(

“This is my family’s go-to Dominos. We order for game night, parties, and sheer laziness because who wants to cook every night? The service is impeccable and every single one of the delivery drivers are professional and much appreciated. They’ve never once messed up an order or were late delivering - and a shout out to the folks making the food - everything is always hot and fresh. “Amazing service as always!! This has became my new go to place for pizza delivery. Ordering is simple online and I like the Domino’s Tracker that keeps track of your delivery and I love that they have their own delivery drivers who are always professional, courteous, friendly and on time. The pizza and everything ordered is always hot, fresh and delicious. I can’t say enough good about this place. Highly satisfied!! Keep up the good work!! 😊“
“I ordered over the phone and the customer service was amazing! They were extremely friendly and accommodating! It took me maybe 10 minutes to pickup my order and there was no wait time when I arrived! I was welcomed into the store and everyone was extremely nice. The pizza was also delicious! 5 starts all around!“

“This is a good Dominos. If your pizza comes out bad it's because you had it delivered and that screwed it up.
I walk in and order it in person and then sit out in the parking lot for 10 minutes and wait on it. If you're going to do pick up anyway you might as well spend an extra 10 minutes to make sure it's hot and fresh and they see your face before they make it. Trust me.“
“Got there at 12:50 AM and they were closing at 1:00. Ordered 3 pizzas and they knocked it out fast. Super nice, courteous and professional folks. Gave them a tip for doing such a great job at the end of a long shift I'm sure. Thanks!“
“Would have given 5 stars if someone would've answered the phone when I needed help switching the time of an online order that was set for a future time, in error. It was fixed when I arrived at the location but it would have been better experience if the option is available“
“This particular one on freedom drive in Charlotte ard Stadium is quite busy, so order ahead. It's a dine in but dine in close by 9 pm. After that it's pick up or delivery. The staff is courteous and very helpful to arrange for plates etc so that we could dine outside.
