“I have been here on two occasions recently and they are the only Panera in the area that are willing to accommodate for my allergies. I drive about 35 minutes just to come to this Panera because of their service. Ever since the company got the new toasted french baguette sandwiches, most locations will not substitute other sandwich breads for the french baguette on normal sandwiches (not sure why?). I’ve always ordered the same thing for years because of my allergies: the bacon turkey bravo with french baguette instead of the tomato basil bread. The manager (who placed my order) was very nice and even wrapped my pager so there wouldn’t be any cross contamination on that either. She made sure the cooks behind the counter knew about my allergies and made me feel like I was in safe hands.Only downside I had about the experience was the lack of clean tables. Seemed like all the tables had crumbs on them; however, with how busy they were, it was to be expected.Dietary restrictions: I am allergic to eggs, peanuts, treenuts, shellfish, and fish which makes dining out very hard. I always ask that the cooks in the back change their gloves and use fresh cutting boards/knives when preparing my food. This location was very good about accommodating my allergies and I am so thankful for that.“
“I normally like the quality of the food and the service but there is drastic differents between going inside and going through the drive thru. I went through the drive thru and found that they just threw my bagel into a bag without napkins, and gave me a caramel cafe latte without the caramel.“
“Stopped in to try the shrimp and chicken carbonara. Of course I had to get the fresh salad with extra cheese! The shrimp and chicken was delicious, the shrimp was fresh, and chicken was seasoned perfectly!Great spot to dine in with family and friends.“
