I am really understanding of customer service workers, as I work in service, but today they were straight up rude. looked at me crazy when I asked questions and was out of a lot. Again wouldn't be a problem but they were unhelpful and rude.

We stopped at 7:45 pm to use the restroom at Pilot and get Dairy Queen to help keep the kids entertained while on our drive back to NC. At 7:45 DQ was open as it was supposed to be until 9. At 7:50 he walked out of the restroom and DQ was closed. The reason they gave for closing early was due to no one could stay until 9 and work. Maybe DQ needs to work on hiring more employees or ones that actually want to work.

Ordered 2 Blizzards, listed on board behind counter at $3.99. Rang up $15 and change. Asked girl why. She then rang up $4.19, twice plus tax. So I asked why is it $4.19, and not the price listed pointing to same. She said it is what the register rang up? I asked why not the price listed? She said she didn't know. I asked if there was a reason. She said she was retarded, and that's why. I was flabbergasted. Said I doubt that, and I think she could have provided a better answer....read full review
