“My husband and I really enjoyed the food—we had both breakfast and dinner here. While I understand why the reviews are mixed (it is on the pricier side and the atmosphere is pretty basic), it’s a small beach town spot and I’m sure the staff is doing their best. That said, the cocktails were excellent, the food was fresh, and we left feeling full and satisfied.“

“I have nothing negative to say but also left unimpressed. We were sat quickly and service was quick overall but the food was lacking. I ordered the combo which included a taco, enchilada, and burrito. Both tasted exactly the same and I’m not sure they were even different in any way and the taco could’ve been from Taco Bell it was so bland. The shredded chicken was tasty but the meet in the other tacos was so fatty. The chips and salsa were delicious though!“

“First time at this restaurant. I was seated right away and opted to try the Berry Nina Fresca Margarita, which was delicious! Restaurant was not busy and food arrived quickly. I ordered the Pollo Espinaca, which is chicken breast covered with mushrooms, spinach, and a cheese sauce. It came with rice & beans. The flavor was really good, and seasoned well. The only negative was that the chicken breast was unevenly cook. It's butterflied and grilled and parts were very tender and other parts were a bit chewy. Otherwise, the dish was fabulous. I would definitely visit again and try other items on the menu as well as some of their other cocktails.“

“Moes helped cater a birthday party for me and it was all so wonderful. From the pick up time, to the serving ware to the delicious food. Everything was on point. Thank you so much. I give this experience 5 stars.“
“Delicious tacos! Had asada, carnitas, and pastor. Red salsa was very good on all the meat, can’t wait to try the salsa verde next time. Restaurant was very clean inside, plenty of seats. Did not wait long at all for the food. I’m local on Lady’s Island so I’ll be dining again soon, Thanks!“

“I pulled over into the parking lot because there was a spider in my car and a lovely lady that worked here helped me kill it! I wish I would’ve gotten her name and I should’ve tipped her. She was so sweet as I was being a baby freaking out. THANK YOU SO MUCH!“

“Tucked away inside a vibrant Mexican general store, this unassuming taco shop is a hidden gem! The moment you step inside, you're enveloped in the sights, sounds, and aromas of authentic Mexican culture.
The tacos el pastor are absolute perfection! Juicy, flavorful, and generously portioned, these tacos are a must-try. The combination of tender pork, crunchy pineapple, and spicy onion, all wrapped in a warm tortilla, is pure magic.
What truly sets this taco shop apart, however, is its warm and welcoming atmosphere. The staff is friendly and attentive, happy to guide you through the menu or offer recommendations.
Don't let the humble setting fool you – this taco shop serves up some of the most delicious, authentic Mexican cuisine around. Get ready to taste the real deal!“
