Despite the large crowd, the staff remained organized, professional, and efficient. Our order was prepared quickly, accurately, and with the same friendly customer service Chick-fil-A is known for. It’s not easy to maintain that level of quality during such a busy time, but this team handled it exceptionally well. “I know Hardee's in New Ulm MN has had some issues, but I went there today and was more than impressed! there were at least four people working there and they were so friendly and the food came really fast. it was fresh and hot and delicious! I can't wait to go there again, it looks like they have really pulled it together!“

“This review is strictly for one of the employees. She’s a black woman between 5’0-5’5 with locs. She usually works the drive thru at the first window where the order is confirmed/paid for. She’s always so nice and pleasant every time I visit. I’ve been to several different McDonald’s and the employees are usually just there for a paycheck, not to give good customer service. I wish I knew the young lady’s name and I hope she gets the recognition and pay raise that she deserves! Thank you again, love!

“Went to cracker barrel to eat with the fam but was rudely told to wait 25mins…. Turned into an hour quickly so we went to McDonald’s across the street and was greeting perfectly and was brought out fresh food in a timely manner. Thanks to McDonald’s we did not starve. This is the only restaurant on this street worth even stopping at trust.“

“Chicken strips are small, fries were cold.had to wait in the drive thru for 20 minutes. Instead of having the car in front of my park or pull up they let him sit there, we're they normally make you pull up if they had to wait on your food.“
