“Had to wait a bit but I didn’t that because of the server. The manager is friendly and keeps on a smile. The crew works at the team. Good customer service is hard to find these days but today I was very impressed with what I saw. The food was good “
“Arrived on a late afternoon for a quick stop for some fast food. This location during my (first) visit exemplified great customer service. Spoke to the carhop who took my order and conversed about how professional her order taking ability was. She proclaimed, "it was her first time...well done Miss Kemyriah!" Very professional and courteous.“
“Slow, and out of items...We ordered ahead on the app. And checked I when we got there. They took at least 30 minutes. I push the red button, and then they took an additional 10 minutes or to to ACKNOWLEDGE us. They didn't even respond to the "RED BUTTON." THEY JUST CAME OUTSIDE AND SAID SORRY IT TOOK LONG. I am thinking, not, a problem. Our food is fresh and they are busy. Well, NOPE, THEY RAN OUT OF THEY HAWAIIAN ROLLS (FOR THE CHICKEN CLUB) BUT FORGOT TO TELL US!!! Busy, Busy Busy Place!!! LOVE THERE FOOD. They did make it right with a nice burger for my husband!! Thank you, Sonic, for still having Happy Employees!!! Great service!!!“
