Ribs barbecue and fried chicken are my favorites! My husband loves the desserts! Everything that I have had has been very good! Support them on Saturdays and you help support our local church youth groups in the area.

Schoolhouse Bar-B-Que is a cozy restaurant with a homey atmosphere, offering a great selection of comfort food and local cuisine. The pepper & vinegar-sauced pulled pork is a standout dish, served with a side of great slaw. The buffet features many choices, including fried and barbecue chicken, liver-based hash, and a variety of southern sides like black-eyed peas, collard greens, fried okra, hash and rice, and corn. Desserts are also popular, with a wonderful peach cobbler. The restaurant has a large buffet that guests often find delicious and satisfying, with plenty of fruit and vegetable options for vegetarians. The staff is warm and welcoming, making guests feel like family with humble hospitality. There is parking in front, along the sides, and in the back of the building. Note that the restaurant is cash-only, but an ATM is available on-site. Schoolhouse Bar-B-Que is a great spot for groups and events, with a separate room for gatherings, and is suitable for families with plenty of booster seats and high chairs.
