Food: brown rice was undercooked and crunchy. Chicken was largely charred. They were out of shredded cheese and made no effort to compensate in any way.
Service: bare minimum effort to help and serve, including unwillingness to help with the lack of shredded cheese.
Atmosphere: probably fine, but the food and service contribute to the atmosphere, so it wasn't really a great experience.

I literally have never written a review here because I have never had service bad enough that has made me want to write a review. My mobile order for the “chipotlane” had a pickup time of 1:10PM. I pull into the line and it’s out of the parking lot into the road causing traffic.
