“The food was good but there were discrepancies. My husband and I ordered the same thing but I got more of one item and he got more of another one. Also the fried chicken was two different sizes and was noticeable different. I gave my husband the bigger piece. Other than that, we enjoyed the food and all three waitresses did a great job with being attentive.”

“We were so pleasantly surprised tonight! Passing through Sumter and took a chance. My burger was AMAZING - Blue cheese bacon burger. Crisp sweet potato fries- no soggy fries! My son loved the Mac and cheese, family members had seafood platter- shrimp were large and fried pieces on the platter were nicely crispy, not at all greasy. High quality food. Honestly - since it’s in a strip mall, we were not expecting anything special but we were totally wrong. Highly recommend for a nice dinner! Also, smiling friendly staff. Stop and eat here!!!!”

“This has become one of my favorite restaurants in town! I love supporting small, family owned businesses but this one has exceeded my expectations over and over. The desserts are unique and high quality, every meal I have tried has been amazing. My favorite right now is the Khao Soi with rice instead of noodles with a butterfly pea tea 🤤 I think the food is very child friendly unless you expect chicken nuggets at ethnic restaurants”

“Great little restaurant but the only drawback is seating is limited. They format for about 16 people. Food is flavorful and portions are good. We had chicken hibachi, Crab Rangoon, Tempura Shrimp Roll, sweet biscuits and pork egg rolls. All were good! Children’s menu.”

“Great food, recommended for anyone who loves seafood (and chicken wings). Ordered the fish chicken special, 5 chicken wings and 3 pc fish, $12.95. Pick your choice of fish when you order; whiting, tilapia, flounder and there are fish choices that I didn't catch (see photos for the fish choices). Also a choice of hot sauce on the fish. It took about 30-45 minutes but it may have been less than that because we left and came back to pay and pick up. What's also great about this place is the fish is cooked fresh. Cash and debit/credit cards are accepted. Two sitting tables by the door can be used to enjoy your food. Bottled drinks are $2.49 and they have tea lemonade for $1.95.

We paid $30.88 for our meal and 2 drinks. Pretty affordable and a lot of locals support this business. So support local! ??

“Overall, a great place to pick up some local BBQ quick and head home to eat and relax.
Pros: Good food with healthy servings and a wonderful staff. My preference is the ribs and pulled pork. Enjoy the potato salad, slaw, and rice with hash for an extra tasty meal.
Cons: The chicken just looked soggy. If you add sauce (told it was house BBQ but was a little spicy), prepare for some extra added vinegar. I understand this is the south, but a vinegar base does not mean that's all BBQ should taste like. Without sauce, it's excellent, though. The dining room is large and unimpressive, however perfectly functional. It's BBQ, not a high-end restaurant.”
