Forgot to get the name of the lady working at 4pm on 10/20/2026 but she deserves all the recognition.
She was working by herself and still was able to get a large family meal and drinks out of the drive thru in a respectable amount of time.
She gave us a few extras for the short wait and said she made the food with love (which was apparent with how good it was).
Her kindness and smile even while working by herself through a rush was very refreshing.

I went through the drive thru at Five Forks location. Had to order thru the speaker to a robot, not a person. Couldn’t tell if my order was understood correctly or not because they don’t show what you’ve ordered. Then waited behind a truck for almost 20 minutes. There were maybe 2 cars in the parking lot at 1:00 in the afternoon so not busy. I finally gave up and left! Terrible all around!!
