Gross experience! Stopped by for two lemon custards in a cup. The ice cream looked a little melted in the case, but I thought maybe they would dig down and scoop to get some harder cream in the bottom. Nope. I got handed two small bowls of melted, watery, flowing over the sides lemon custard liquid that was NOT ICE CREAM and that did not taste good at all. Yuck! Yuck! Yuck!
New Management/Owner has changed this place. It used to be a great option for five forks area. Customer service is terrible. They run out of waffle bones/cones and refuse to make more. They don’t take cash. I will not be returning to this location. I will choose another one. Hopefully they get rid of “Dee” before she runs the place out of business. Bring back the original owners. They were as sweet as pie and very excited to open the franchise.
Julia went above and beyond with a last minute cookie cake and was so very nice and courteous. We will definitely be attending this location in the future.
