“My wife and I came through on our way back home to TN. This was 5 days after the flooding so there was still a lot of damage and places without power. We stopped at a few places along I26 and they were either closed or the lines were ridiculously long. We stopped here and the line was to the road but it was moving fast. It was the only place open and you could tell they had been slammed all day. When I got to the speaker I was greeted with the happiest voice to take our order. When we pulled to the window, she was still just as pleasant as a person could be. We pulled up to get our food and the next lady was just as pleasant and happy as the first. Based on the situation you know they had been going nonstop for hours. The fries were ok and the burgers were cold, but Tiffany and the other lady were giving the absolute best customer service I have ever seen at a fast food restaurant. Well done.“
