Gone way downhill! Cold food not once but three times back to back! Cost gone up quality gone down!
We order 3 spicy chicken biscuit breakfast we got there at 10:15 the girl took our order then waited for 30 mins for them to tell us they switch to lunch we told them we wanted the biscuit because order them before breakfast ended and then they gave us the chick fil A spicy sandwich this is ridiculous she didn’t even told us she just gave us the bag and walked fast inside i will not order from this location at all we paid for our food like seriously🤦🏻♀️😡
Not ready to write you guys off, but am really just trying to understand. So you no longer serve a large Ice Cream, now only having a very small. So we can’t get a large, (which is fine), but we can get 2, 3, 4 small ones?? Why not just offer 2 sizes like you once did. Please make this make sense, because it’s making ZERO, especially with one of your most popular items??
