“I've lived in the 'burg for almost 30 yrs but never ate at New China. I've been missing out! The whole experience took me back to the old-school Chinese restaurant we always visited on beach trips when i was a kid. The food was delicious and the portion sizes were generous. We had moo goo gai pan, Hunan chicken, lo mein, and it was all very good. The bourbon chicken was excellent, what I'll probably order when I return--and I will return!
The customer service was friendly and our server was patient with our detailed order. I recommend New China!“

“They have very good food. We usually get different appetizers and we typically get 2 meals put of it. Location is easy to get to. We're from woodruff so we hop on 26 and it's about 25 mins. Food is still hot and it's worth the time to get there. The people that work there are very nice“

“I used to eat here often then kinda forgot about it when I moved to Union Sc. Recently I've been stopping for takeout every time I have a doctor appointment in Greenville or Spartanburg. Im glad I remembered Jin Jin because the 'Chinese food' in Union has been mediocre at best when I've tried it.“

“I got an order with coconut shrimp and fried rice and soup . The coconut shrimp and rice was amazing ! First time trying it and it was really good ! The wonton egg drop soup was amazing ! But the wontons tasted weird . But this was amazing food!10/10“

Only closed on Tuesday.

“They did not take our orders. They apparently were not capable of taking orders for a group of maybe 25 ladies. The ladies had to order at the cash register and then sit down. The food was brought out. Other customers orders were taken and served. Not a place for a group and expect service“

“I have nothing bad to say about the food as it is always delicious. That’s why I gave 5 stars. I usually have to order for delivery because I don’t get out much or often. The last time I ordered, I didn’t get the egg rolls I ordered. The same happened tonight. I always order 3 egg rolls with whatever I order. I also did not receive the sweet and sour sauce to go with my sweet and sour chicken. Luckily, I ordered some extra sauces on the side. But, sweet and sour chicken isn’t sweet and sour chicken without the sweet and sour sauce. Good was awesome as usual though and great portion sizes.

Side note: The to go containers from tonight had a very strong perfumy smell to them. Actually made my head hurt and I had to transfer the food to a different container. Are they new?“
