I know Hardee's in New Ulm MN has had some issues, but I went there today and was more than impressed! there were at least four people working there and they were so friendly and the food came really fast. it was fresh and hot and delicious! I can't wait to go there again, it looks like they have really pulled it together!
Hardee’s on Reidville Road in Spartanburg, SC is on point! I’ve never had a bad meal at this location. Food has always been hot and fresh (no “sitting around” taste) and the team has been courteous and time focused.
Whatever y’all are doing, keep up the great work!

Hardee's offers a positive dining experience with friendly and helpful staff. Customers appreciate the respectful service and the fast, fresh, and delicious food they serve. The biscuits are often described as light, fluffy, and adorable, with some praising the sausage biscuit and cheese biscuit as perfect. Tater tots are consistently praised as perfect, and hashbrowns are hot and suitable for dipping into gravy. The chicken biscuit has mixed reviews; while the chicken inside is moist and flavorful, some find the breading less appealing. The restaurant also provides a variety of meals, including the Monster burger, chicken sandwich, and chicken fingers, which are enjoyed by many, although prices can be high. A notable highlight is the excellent service from staff like Courtney and Bernard, who go above and beyond, especially for large orders. The location on Reidville Rd Spartanburg has seen improvements with newer employees, leading to better food quality and service. Overall, Hardee's is recognized as a fast food place that serves consistently good, fresh food quickly, making it a favored choice for many customers.
