First time trying Health in Hand yesterday. I wasn't feeling good and hadn't had anything to eat so I stopped and tried the peanut butter and banana smoothie with chocolate protein.
I can definitely say this will be my go-to for smoothies from now on! Best smoothie I've ever had!
Everything sounded great and healthy and I love the fact that it's a local, small business that uses locally sourced ingredients.
