This restaurant has been around for many years. It is always a good experience. The waitresses worked very hard and tried to stay on top of things. They do not get the credit they deserve.
Honestly, the first time being here. We got in before the church crowd came in for the meat and three lunch, we had breakfast. It was exactly what I've been looking for in a breakfast place. No frills, no "creme fresh stuffed pancakes" or whatever just good food and a decent price. The coffee was coffee, and the grits that I normally don't eat were really good. Not a lot to say. Food was ok. They were slow so the waitress was checking on us from several tables away. I loved the way they walked around with a tray full of pies and offering to each table. Nice touch.
