Our server, Amya was awesome and the food was excellent. My only issue with this chain is the noise level. It's always really loud with lots of people moving around consistently.
I forgot to use my app for the waitlist, but we ended up being seated fairly quickly. It's Texas Roadhouse, so the value for money is there. I marked service down one star because I ordered chicken fried chicken but was given the steak. My food was still excellent, just not what I ordered. Also, we had to ask twice for a refill before receiving it. Not bad service, just not 5 star that we typically receive at Texas Roadhouse.
I cannot say enough good things about our server, Ramona! She was attentive, kind, and on top of her game the entire time we were there. I had a slight problem with the temperature of my steak, which was no big deal...a totally fixable problem... And Ramona handled it quickly and efficiently. Very thankful for her service!
