I don't even know where to start with this Wendy's on Pine Street. They have horrible customer service, and they never acknowledge the customer. They won't say hello, thank you, good day, nor goodbye. They just slam the glass open, take your card, hand the food out, and then slam the glass back. Ain't no way I'm giving these people my money for this type of service. And the food cold !
I have NEVER had a good experience at this restaurant. They are always out of something and the employees are very very rude!! They were out of cheese for baconator fries and I was still charged for them and my food was old and cold. When I questioned them about the always poor service they blamed lack of employees and food shortages!
