“I come here at least once a week since they opened. The people with one off issues are silly. Just call and talk to people so they can train others - don’t leave dumb reviews, that’s lame. They can be a little heavy on mayo sometimes but I do say light mayo. Everyone is always super friendly. Really impressed with the employees who are always pleasant and engaged. Never had a bad experience or wait time. Even when they are cranking it out with online and in store orders, I’m in and out. It’s a well managed location.“

“Just gotta say, I have been ordering steady from this Jersey Mike's for almost 4 years now (1 to 2 times/week) and have hardly ever been disappointed....in fact, I would say they have delivered on the quality of their ingredients 100% of the time, the accuracy of our order, 98% of the time, the promptness of our order 99 %, and the customer service is over the top. I have always been met with friendliness (even calling me by my first name when I arrive), engaging in small talk, and telling me how much they appreciate my business. There are times I have chosen to use them over nearby competing businesses just because of the customer service I have received which is comparable to Chick-fil-a. ( I consider them the leader in the fast food industry when it comes to customer service). “After welcoming our first grandson, all our daughter could think about was indulging in a turkey sub from Jersey Mike's. She was so eager that she started counting down the days! She gave birth to Asher Thomas at 2:50 AM, and by 10:30 the next morning, we were already placing our online order through the app! I couldn't help but remember that our daughter had waited nine long months for that sub. When we arrived to pick up our family order, Robert, the manager, greeted us with warm smiles and congratulatory wishes. He even surprised us with complimentary cookies and a heartfelt note, which our daughter has saved as a cherished memento. We are incredibly thankful for Robert and the team at Jersey Mike's Carnes! “Don’t listen to all these bad reviews make your own opinion. Definitely a good job done, I used to be a AGM at a Jersey Mike’s a long time ago. I was welcomed in. All tables were clean garbage was not full. All chips and sodas were well stocked. The slicer was clean and not gunked up. The produce was fresh. The man making my sandwich Elijah was told of a food allergy and did everything by the book. The chicken salad prep was labeled with the proper date. If this was an audit I would give them 100%. Glad I tried this location out. Great experience and great fresh sandwich. Thank you all great job.“
