“We do emergency repairs so we are a very strict and tight schedule getting to and from jobs. I called on the road to have a sandwich pre-prepared for me and they had it ready for me when I walked in. That is what keeps me coming back the gentleman working at4:30 on February 25. Did an amazing job very proud of them.“

“There seems to be quite a few new faces working there now, which is awesome to see! Staff is always welcoming and friendly when I come in. Kirk, the GM, is always present and very consistent. You can tell that his team respects him and they all get along. The service is speedy and there usually isn't a day when I come in there that I have to wait very long at all.
I usually come in for lunch, but I have stopped in there at dinner time and I get the same friendly service! Keep up the good work! My go-to Jersey Mike's location!“
“This store is one of the best Jersey Mike's in Charleston. Friendly staff and very clean store. Perfect place to eat and enjoy a good meal. Bathrooms always clean and Management is awesome, always ready to help with any questions and fix any issues. This is a rock solid store. I'm always willing to tip these workers bc they are solid employees and fun to come in the store And order from.“

“The only issue I have is that new guy on the grill making the hot subs—he messes up my sub EVERY SINGLE TIME! How hard is it to follow a ticket? The young ladies who take the order write down exactly what I ask for, but as soon as it gets to him, it’s like he decides, “Screw it, I’ll do what I want!” Who does that? I’m beyond frustrated! I’ll probably go back because the place is decent otherwise, but I am DONE ordering hot subs unless I can stand there and personally supervise this guy messing with my food!!!“
