“When I tell you, I had the worst experience at side bar this morning for brunch with my daughter I’m Outrage to watch people be service and seated and receive their food before we even get checked on the third time I see if I ordered a filet mignon with roasted beets and carrots, but all I had was a sandwich with okra which I never received, and my daughter had a breakfast plate and everybody else around us received meals, even people that sat down after us received their meals. But it was also frustrating watching all the servers past us seeing how we were sitting there without any food and everyone else around us was served. No one ever came by the table to say let me check on your food since you’ve been sitting here for over 40 minutes. So I have to say all around Service sucked receive cups with no straws. Just so disappointed at sidebar will not be returning.“

I ordered the rib plate, but since I only wanted ribs, the first option, Rib Sandwich, made sense as suggested by the owner. I paid $18 because I ordered 2 orders of the rib sandwich. One to satisfy my craving and one for later midnight snack ?. The meat was cooked right (first time trying southern bbq, so maybe my opinion doesn't hold merit yet...haha).•Will I go again? Yes, I would. •Did I eat in? No, carry out. This place is more like a one-man show, so I wouldn't eat in unless the gentleman who served us is okay with it. “We hired Smokology to cater the meat for our wedding this past weekend and let me tell you! Best decision ever! We had the pulled pork, chicken, and brisket. All of our guests were raving about how good it was! There were comments made about it being the best brisket they’ve ever had! Not to mention their pricing is great! Absolutely no regrets! A huge thank you to Adrian and his amazing wife for a great experience and delicious food! We will be ordering again!“

“It's such a great little place for some wonderful food. The smell when you walked in the door was heavenly! My husband had the leg quarters, and I have the pulled pork sandwich. Our sides were mac and cheese, potato salad, and baked beans. We had the loaded fries for an appetizer, which could have been a whole meal! They were so delicious! We will be stopping by again VERY soon!“

“Just so you're not surprised, this is the kind of place where you pick up your meat and take it home to keep warm/heat up and pair it with your own fixins' for a meal. If you get the ribs they are going to come rinds on, meat falling off the bone, lots of sauce. The sauce is the right amount of spicy for those who like spicy.“

“I had the baby backs, collars, and Mac n cheese today. I'm not a fan of vinger base sauce but this sauce changed my thinking fast it's the bomb. Everything was outstanding the meat had smoke flavor all the way to the bone. I appreciate a good meal so go check them out it's worth the money.“
