My experience was great.I placed my order at the drive thru. I had a pleasant experience. The cashier's were very nice and friendly. And my food was fresh and hot .
Stopped here to get a quick bite to eat. Staff are friendly but seem confused about my order. Along with my food I ordered an iced coffee and when I picked up my order they said they don't serve ice coffee. I asked for a hot coffee with cream and sugar instead. They gave me the hot coffee, but no cream or sugar. Breakfast sandwiches and hash browns are good.
Edna took our family's order and everything came out perfectly. My spouse was not ready for how spicy the breakfast burrito was, and even though it tasted super yummy, it was spicy spicy. My chicken biscuit was delicious and the fries were amazing. Will definitely go back.

Bojangles serves great chicken and has excellent customer service. The country ham biscuit is a highlight, and the biscuit and gravy is fair. The food is always fresh and tasty, making it a preferred stop for travelers heading South. Customers appreciate the hot food and the nice employers, who contribute to a pleasant experience. There is plenty of parking, and the drive-thru is quick. However, some orders may be incomplete, and food quality can be inconsistent, such as frozen potato rounds. Although seasoned fries are often fresh, they sometimes lack seasoning, leading to minor complaints. Despite these issues, many customers are loyal and would love to see Bojangles expand to new locations.
