They always seem to have problems with the cash register
First, we don’t go to Bojangles a lot, but my daughter wanted breakfast from there this morning so I ride up there, and the AI drive thru was not my favorite. The second you stop talking, she starts asking you if you are done, right in the middle of ordering, she interrupted me 5 or 6 times, drove me insane.
The AI drive through was a flop. We I ordered, it gave us something completely different . No luck getting a human to answer. Line wasn't moving much, we just left and went to Wendy's.

Bojangles serves great chicken and has excellent customer service. The country ham biscuit is a highlight, and the biscuit and gravy is fair. The food is always fresh and tasty, making it a preferred stop for travelers heading South. Customers appreciate the hot food and the nice employers, who contribute to a pleasant experience. There is plenty of parking, and the drive-thru is quick. However, some orders may be incomplete, and food quality can be inconsistent, such as frozen potato rounds. Although seasoned fries are often fresh, they sometimes lack seasoning, leading to minor complaints. Despite these issues, many customers are loyal and would love to see Bojangles expand to new locations.
