I recently made a purchase at this location through the app. I wasn’t satisfied with the food. The quality wasn’t there for the price. I made a feedback statement through the app sharing my experience. The next day general manager, Jeff from the restaurant reached out offering his apology and offered to make it right. I’Ve visited BWW several times, and I’ve never had such a caring and attentive server than Ahna. She was very polite and constantly checked in on us and made us feel very welcomed.
