“I get the impossible breakfast sandwich. I am not really a fan of Starbucks coffee or anything else. Just that sandwich and I go get my coffee from a convenience store across the street or something. I like to make my own coffee. Those squirt liquid creamers are what I try to stay away from. Much too sweet for my liking. Yep, it’s all about me today Starbucks. I have had my sandwich and coffee and I am done with you until next time.

“On the morning of September 25,2024 I visited Starbucks, the store was located in Sumter, SC. As I browsed the menu for options I was helped by the staff. Upon making a decision I decided to order an iced coffee, strawberry Frappuccino, a blueberry muffin, and cake pops. The assortment of food and drinks are very good. Starting with the drinks, the iced coffee was strong and very creamy with caramel notes. It was the perfect amount of sweetness to the coffee. The strawberry Frappuccino was a nice light cold option for something refreshing. The strawberry blend with the whipped cream topping gave it such a great texture. It also was perfectly sweet, the strawberry puree on the cup was a pleasant surprise. I thought it would have been overly sweet but it was great. Definitely would recommend this for a child. Next, the baked goods that I tried all had a flavor of their own. The blueberry muffin was okay, it was moist but very crumbly with the crumb topping. As I came to the end of the muffin, it seemed rather dry. I don’t know if it was heated too long or the muffin itself wasn’t new. The cake pops were good, although the vanilla flavor inside was a bit gummy. I was a bit upset that both the birthday cake and raccoon cake pops were just a vanilla base. I did like the texture of how thin the buttercream was on the outer part of the cake pop. If I had to order again I would choose the birthday cake pop because of the sprinkles on it gave it a little crunch. I was overall pleased with everything I ordered. Next, I hope to order more of the savory part of the menu. The atmosphere was very inviting, and so were not only the workers but the customers as well. I love that the store was very clean and organized.“

“Ordered and paid for an iced Americano and an unsweetened iced tea. A few minutes later I was told the iced tea had already been thrown out and was offered a soft drink. (Why would I want a soft drink if both the drinks I ordered have zero sugar in them?) I told the employee no and to just make me another iced Americano. Instead of preparing another shot of espresso, the barista decided to split the one shot she already prepared into two drinks, handing me two watered downed Americanos. 🤦🏼‍♀️ She didn't think i noticed. I won't be back.“

“I’ve been visiting this location throughout the summer taking the grandchildren to play for lunch. The store is consistently clean, food is always hot / fresh, and the staff are always on point. Management is fully engaged with the Team and the overall environment is welcoming.“

“We have been going to this McDonald's off and on for many years now, but more often in recent years with our granddaughters. While we've always enjoyed dining here, it seems that in the last several months, we've noticed a greater commitment to customer service and customer satisfaction. Kudos to management! I'd like to recognize a particular young man--Ken-- who was in the dining area tonight cleaning the tables and chairs. He was very polite and professional and did a great job cleaning. Nothing was missed on the tables and chairs all way down the legs to the floor. Impressive! Thanks for giving us a great McDonald's in Sumter!“
