“I’ve been going to Texas roadhouse for years. I’m from England UK and love this pace. The food is great and the staff have been amazing UNTIL today. Me and my family went for a meal and the waiter “Patric” was great all through service. When it came to the Bill, we paid £104 total and left Patric a £15 tip. As he picked up the tip, I watched him walk away shaking his head in disapproval. As we left and walked past the bar area me and my mum heard Patric say” thanks for nothing!” I stopped and looked at him, he walked off thinking we didn’t hear him make that disgusting remark! I spoke to one of the managers and informed him of what happened. I’ve never ever come across a waiter openly express their disappointment and shouting at a customer they leave the premises. Just disgusting behaviour!!!!!!“

Each person who came to our table was so nice. The food was incredible. Steak was perfect and wings were amazing. Best meal we have had in a long time across the board!“

“1st time eating here. We had pulled pork sandwich with cole slaw (enough meat for 2 sandwiches). Sides of macaroni and cheese, baked beans and fried okra. Large choice of sauces. Food was piping hot and delicious. We will return😊“
