“First time at a Subway in about 20 years. I was very pleasantly surprised. Sandwich was great as was service and the place was clean. Also, the rolls were fresh unlike a nearby sandwich shop that I stopped patronizing due to their stale roles. A tip to remember. If your are served toasted rolls or bread, it is because they are stale.“

“Virginia runs a really tight shift. Everything is clean and the food is exceptional. the minute you walk in the door they speak to you and you can tell they have a local following. We eat there twice a week. She deserves a gigantic Christmas bonus because people like that are hard to find!“

“We just moved in around tbe corner and decided to give it try. We were excited ! Honestly..eeh..Super dissapointing :(.We wanted to eat in and chill for a minute but it wasnt meant to be,lol. I used the restroom while they were making our order. 1 half of a pretty large toilet paper dispenser fell off , without being touched and hurt my leg and ankle. Then, went out to take a seat and asked for subway guest wifi password. They said they dont have one. I so I showed her my screen ,where it was asking for one. The head young lady ,tells me in several ways, they dont know it🤣 We ordered 2 meatball subs. I asked her 3 times for extra napkins. She abruptly told me 3 times they put them in the bag. I said thank you but, We will need a couple extra please. No go. When we opened the bag there were 2 small crumpled napkins in the very bottom. The subs tasted very good but had way to much sauce. I ruined my clothing as did my guest. Both wearing white of course 🤣🤣🤣. Idk, they need to be a bit more customer centric perhaps as we do have a subway on every corner pretty much in myrtle beach. We will go else where next time. UPDATE: Ijust went back inside the resturant and asked if I could please have some napkins now and / or a wet paper towel? I showed her my ruined clothes and told her 2 other people with us had ruined clothes as well. HERE'S THE KICKER! She was rude and I asked for her managers name. She told me she didnt have one! Owners card or name, NOPE! Finally, I asked who hired her? And she continued on, no boss, no manager, no owner ,I kid you not ! She finally said, we have a GM. My reply was great! What is his name? How can I contact him. She told me they dont know his name or how to contact anyone, no boss, no owner, no corp?! I wonder who pays her 😅“
