I have been sitting in this parking lot since 10:57am. It is now 11:30am. After going inside and asking for our order we got told that they had forgotten about it. Servers were rude, waited over 30 minutes for 3 biscuits and a order of hash browns. Absolutely ridiculous. Glad I do not live near here because I will never come back. Meanwhile, the inside of the store is tightly packed, people still waiting in drive through.
i would visit this Hardee's 3 to 4 times per week ..they are short staffed and I always take that into consideration. Going thru the drive thru just now I ordered 2 chicken tender platters. The employee repeated back to me " 3 piece tenders" ..I said "2. 3 piece. chicken tender platters." She mimicked my tone. Small. Medium. large. It was blatantly disrespectful. I absolutely love Hardee’s especially their charcoal burgers 🍔/chili dogs 🌭🌭 and chicken tenders 🍗🍗🍗🍗🍖❤️

Based on the reviews, Hardee’s has a clean location with quick service and hot food. The food is delicious, and customers really like the Frisco Burger and the Frisco combo. The employees are very friendly and polite, showing southern hospitality. One young man working the front register was calm and professional even when the store was short-staffed, handling drive-thru, DoorDash, and walk-in orders. Another employee, a red hair girl, was wonderful and polite. The Shift Lead Manager TJ was very helpful for a first experience. However, the restaurant is often extremely slow because they usually only have 2 employees. Some workers seemed to hate their job, with one forgetting to leave tomatoes off an order and telling the customer to just pull them off.
