“I can’t say enough good things about Southern Palate Catering. We used their services for our wedding in April 2022. Most of the compliments we received from the wedding were about the food! We worked with Denise, the chef and owner of Southern Palate. She always got back to me promptly and was always willing to meet with me face to face anytime I needed during the planning process. My husband and I always dreamed of having Mexican food at our wedding. Denise already had an option on the catering menu for Mexican stations and it was just what we were looking for! They homemake everything, even the tortilla chips (which were amazing), and were able to accommodate my gluten allergy with anything I wanted. Denise made sure all of her employees knew I was gluten free and they served me and my husband the whole night so that we didn’t have to worry about taking the time to get our own food. They even packed us a to go box full of every food item at the wedding so that we were able to eat at our hotel after. They took all the stress off of us on our special day and I can’t thank them enough. I highly recommend using them for any event and I will definitely be using them for any catering needs in the future.“

“Our bartenders were awesome for our wedding! They were very professional and efficient. Communication was great throughout the planning process and every person I contacted was helpful and knowledgeable. Our only issue wad the mixed drinks were not consistent. I was so looking forward to the his and hers cocktails but unfortunately the ones I received were so strong it tasted like it should've been a shot. My bridesmaid was confused and had me taste her drink, which tasted as it should so she swapped with me. Unfortunately our guests had similar experiences. We provided the recommended amount for the premixed bags that were provided so I'm not sure what went wrong. Overall, Liquid Catering was super clean, professional, and courteous to all of our needs!“

“No matter what you get here it’s great. I get the smoked wing plate with extra sides and it’s excellent every time. The baked beans are really good too. Fried ribs are definitely worth having. The nachos are really tasty too. Great place to eat and there’s usually doggies in the outdoor eating area which is really cool, love the dogs and Moe’s.“

Everything was delicious and just the way we would like it. We had the brisket, sweet potato casserole, and coleslaw, all of which were yummy. Even the iced tea was perfect . We will definitely be going back. Miles was especially helpful.“
