“Came in on a Sunday and was able to grab a table right away. The service was great. The sandwich was good. I remember this deli from Columbia SC. It was nice seeing one in the upstate. I would recommend giving them a try. It's worth it.“

“Empire Deli under it's previous management was my favorite restaurant in the entirety of Greenville, so the new owners had some pretty big shoes to fill.

Everything was good! Fresh, quality was on point, and the price was reasonable. But still, a little bit of that Empire Deli magic was missing. Still one of the best options in town for a cheesesteak or chopped cheese.“

“The restaurant is a counter order and then seat-yourself place. There isn't any real type of atmosphere, it's just a restaurant. They bring out the food and clear the table afterward.

The restaurant was busy but clean. The employees were very friendly and accommodating. The food was better than expected and the portion sizes were very good.

I would not hesitate to eat here again or suggest it to anyone for a meal.“

“Young kids working have attitude when they mess up your order and then you ask them to remake your sandwich because they messed your order up. Establishment not very clean also. There were flies flying all over lettuce and tomatoes, salt & pepper shakers. They didn't care about cleaning them or washing them off as long as you didn't say nothing to them about it they don't care what they give you. It's just a job to them....no worries.“

I order an Italian Sandwich with lettuce, tomatoes, banana peppers, American cheese, oil and mayo. I got home sat down to eat one half of my sandwich and oh boy it was so delicious. Soon after i had taken my last bite. I felt nausea, tried to make to the bathroom but i couldn't, before i knew it, my sandwich came back up. How can you expect to have good food and service when you give a good customer experience with only one employee on the clock and 11 customers in line? It was so bad they had to go get help from the Starbucks. We were at Subway but they got someone from Starbucks behind the counter. Dude didn't even know what he was doing. Brandon R. handled himself amazingly. People running late and got this man back here getting beat on. He deserves a raise because he's keeping that store running. The 3 days my wife was in the hospital he was in there getting it in. Fixing the problems created by poor managerial decisions. No employee deserves to be slammed like that and be all alone. Those people who were late need to be fired and Brandon needs promoted.“

“I can't say enough about the staff and manager at the Pelham Jimmy Johns. We have ordered catering twice in the past two weeks and have had to alter both orders at the last minute. They went above and beyond to help us, even though the hiccups were caused by us. They were kind, accommodating, and the food was excellent.
