“I visited the Crumbl in Greenville today to purchase some cookies on my way home from dinner. I must say that I was impressed with how they managed the large crowd of guests that were waiting for orders. I counted 16-19 people waiting and there were about 6 people working. Despite the constant flow of people coming in, the staff managed to consistently satisfy orders and manage the heavy flow of traffic. No one waited a long time for their order to be prepared and the crew of workers all seemed to work well together. The facility looked to be in good condition and everyone had a cheerful attitude. The most impressive part is how delicious my cookies were!“

The Greenville, NC store is sometimes struggling presentation wise and a few of the staff are unhelpful (one even lied to us once about a customer pick cookie, saying there were none left, and telling others she didn’t know if there were any left. We found this out once we left the store but then called to verify there really were none left bc it was a flavor I’d been wanting to try and only available that day). But crumbl is so good that it’s okay! Sometimes the cookies don’t come with all the right or even toppings, but it’s good nonetheless.“

“I’ve been shopping lately at the Spartanburg location because it’s so close to my house. This is the best place that I’ve ever been to. They’ve got the best deals on meat. The freshest produce anything you need and to top it off the place is so clean and the little restaurant area Has the best food ever. If not, there are plenty of benches outside to enjoy your drink in the fresh air.
I went with the barista’s recommendation and ordered the sparkling hibiscus tea, which was a total win—crisp, refreshing, and bursting with subtle floral and fruity notes that made it a perfect pick-me-up. Unfortunately, the muffin I ordered was a letdown; it was dense and served cold, so I wouldn’t get it again.
The lack of seating around midday can be a challenge due to the crowd, so you might need to plan for takeout during peak hours. The service is quick and friendly, and the prices are reasonable for the quality. If you’re in the area, Due South is worth a visit for their stellar drinks like the hibiscus tea, just maybe skip the muffin!“
