“I had my dog groomed at the Doggy Parlor and stopped by TR'S Oriental on my way home. I called in the order from the groomer, drove there, paid, and within 5 minutes, they had brought my food out to the picnic table out front. It's not unusual for us to eat there once or twice a week! LOVE THEM!!“

“Not a new place, but one that I somehow missed on previous trips. Perhaps because they've titled themselves an Asian Kitchen, which is generic and doesn't usually suggest the food is going to be particularly special. But this place is in fact run by a Malaysian family, with what I think were pictures of Kuala Lumpur decorating the walls. They have a separate menu with vegetarian, vegan, and gluten-free listings, of which there are many. I felt like a bit of a fool ordering basic spring rolls, but theirs were quite good with a nice mix of glass noodles and vegetables. My curry, at 4/5 spice, was enough for me on the night. It's not easy to find vegetarian green curry, but I enjoyed theirs, though it was a bit too much sauce for the amount of coconut rice that came with it. They did not skimp on the vegetables or tofu inside. A tea was perfect for washing things down, and I wish I could have ordered more. Their selection includes a number of items typical of Southeast Asian cuisine, but also some distinctively Malay items like roti canai or curry laksa. Be adventurous and try something different!“

“I haven't eaten at the restaurant but I do my specialty grocery shopping here. They have a WONDERFUL selection of foods for Asian cuisine. And if you're a soda bottle collector, they have a lot of anime manga and cute sodas that are at the best price I've seen.“
“This place is incredible!! Thought it is heavily Chinese food, it also has Thai, Japanese, Vietnamese, and Laotian influences. I'd go as far to say it is my favorite restaurant in the area, and the best Asian food I've ever had! It is attached to an Asian grocery, and also has a fresh fish market! It can get busy, but we have never had to wait more than 10-15 minutes. The staff here is awesome and collaboratively work hard to provide excellent service to all guests. They have large tables for bigger parties up to 15, for larger family gatherings or an office outing for lunch. The egg roles are crispy, and not greasy and are a must have with a spicy wasabi mustard! The charsue pork which is featured in a variety of dishes is certainly a highlight, and you can get it by the pound to take home for an easy dinner. They have some very authentic dishes and options such as chicken feet and fish balls, to more "Americanized" versions of sesame chicken and general tso's for the non-adventurous pallet. I have yet to try anything here I didn't like, and highly recommend it for your next food venture! Hands down , it is the best!“

“Best Asian food you can find in Greenville for the price! Their lunch menu prices, and dinner menu prices are unbeatable. There are not many places you can find a lunch for under $10 and a dinner for under $15. Especially their portion sizes are amazing. You can either have a very full meal or you can save some for later. Their food heats up very well. I will be a regular as long as they keep up with their great food and excellent pricing!“

“My favorite to-go Chinese restaurant in the upstate. Their food is always fresh hot, and delicious. I love their crab rangoons they are the best ones I've had in the area. They're the triangle shaped ones and have plenty of filling inside. The filling is not overly sweet, which is how I prefer them. I recommend their General Tso's chicken, sesame chicken, chicken and broccoli, and shrimp and broccoli. Their Mongolian beef is also very good. They are very quick and friendly as well.“

“Meiliana is a lady who works at the front and is always so cordial when we dine in or take out. There is also an incredibly polite young man who also waits on us as well. Hibachi Express is a favorite. Generous portion sizes and they have the best Egg Drop and Wonton Soup. I highly recommend this place. Meiliana makes every visit special for everyone. I am amazed by her Mandarin Chinese, English and her Spanish language skills. A definite place to enjoy right here in BereaVegetarian options: The vegetarian fried rice, the vegetarian lo mein noodles, the Egg Drop soup are my personal favorites. The tofu dishes are wonderful as well.Kid-friendliness: I have a son who is non-verbal and has other health issues as well. Meiliana and the young man always treat us with respect. One of many reasons I tell my friends to come here because kindness is so important.“

“The food here is far better than you'd expect from a hole in the wall. It's really good. Everything from the crab Rangoon to the sweet and sour chicken to the lo mein. Service is pretty darn fast too.I do wish I got chopsticks though.“
